Payment Terms
CANCELLATION POLICY 2025
To ensure we are able to confirm as many people attending as early as possible (which helps us to plan and maybe provide more slots ) payment is required when a booking is confirmed with a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.
Equally, we try and provide fairness if you need to cancel - especially at short notice, but just as a reminder :
Cancellation Policy
We are a non-profit making charitable organisation, and therefore short notice cancellations cost the club and its members. Refunds are only available within 14 days of activities where:
1. A vets certificate is available OR
2. A doctors note is available OR
3. A replacement horse/rider can be found.
Refunds will be made less £5 administration cost which will be used to support club funds.

As the club membership continues to grow we are working hard to ensure we are meeting all of your event and activity requests. To support that further and to minimise admin for our volunteers we will now be taking bookings for the Andrew Lovell, Mikey Tuff, Jo Moore, and other one off clinics via the following booking forms. Each is very straightforward and easy to use, and captures all the dates in one place. Please note completion does not guarantee a space and payment is required once bookings are confirmed, which will be at least 14 days before the event. Please do advise the organisers of the clinics in advance if you are subsequently unable to commit to a date.

Area 19 Qualifiers - Dressage
The qualifiers are open to everyone and are entry to the National Championships held each year by the British Riding Club. The dressage includes a wide range of classes ranging from Introductory right the way up to Advanced Medium.
