South Brent Riding Club is a very friendly local riding club offering many activities for members, ridden and social activities. As a new member we look forward to meeting you and receiving any input and suggestions which could be beneficial to the club and it's membership. SBRC welcome members.
South Brent Riding Club are pleased to announce the addition of a Junior Membership as part of our affiliation to British Riding Clubs.
Juniors are invited to become members and take part in clinics, competitions and to represent the Riding Club at Area Qualifier events under the appropriate sections, for age group and experience.
The same BRC rules apply for Juniors regarding BRC Membership, Horse and Rider attire, behaviour, eligibility & horse vaccinations, for entry to competitions.
A Junior member wishing to represent the Club at Qualifier level, will not be affected by any status or representation they may already hold, within another Official Club, such as The Pony Club.
The Member may not however, compete as a Junior Team or Individual rider for another Affiliated Riding Club in the same year.
Codes of Conduct and Rules can be viewed on the BRC website, along with information about all Area Qualifier and Championship events taking place.
Parental consent is required for each Junior 17yrs and under, wishing to join the club. The BHS / BRC maintains a strict Safeguarding Policy. Information can be viewed on the BRC website and further discussion can be arranged with the SBRC trained Safeguarding Officer.
We look forward to welcoming new Junior members. We hope they will enjoy making new friends, young and old, have fun while gaining lots of experience, and help each other to maintain the Clubs enthusiasm as a ‘Have a Go’ Club into the future.
Please Note: All membership cards will now be sent direct to each member by BRC.
With British Riding Club Membership you will receive information about many opportunities to benefit from discounts offered by associated organisations and companies, such as; BHS, SEIB, clothing retailers, equestrian book stores, tickets for a variety of top flight equestrian competitions.
Renewal of your membership should be paid by March 1st, 2018.
The renewal fee is £20.00 (renewals after this date £25.00)
